Absolutely, but we try to be proactive with our customers, rather than you spending your time tracking a shipment, we will send tracking updates each day with the most current status of each of your shipments.

Many factors come into play when pricing a shipment, most of our pricing is ad hoc, meaning we will quote you based on a specific shipment and its details. However, we can also put together a general tariff for you based on shipment parameters that all of your shipments can use so you know the price right away.

unfortunately, RGL is not currently a licensed customs broker but we can help provide you with recommended brokers for you to work with. We also have partner brokers that we work with to help clear import shipments into the trade shows we handle.
